MFL brings your apartment community together β grandparents, parents, teenagers, toddler-chasing moms β all competing as one league, across buildings and wings. Neighbours who nodded in the lift are suddenly on the same team.
Corporate leagues have one age group. Your society has eight-year-olds and eighty-year-olds. MFL for communities is built for that beautiful complexity.
Teams are balanced across age groups β grandparents, parents, and teenagers on the same side. A 70-year-oldβs morning walk earns as many points as a 25-year-oldβs gym session.
π’
Wing vs wing drama
Teams organised by wing, tower, villa cluster or block. The natural rivalry already exists β MFL gives it a leaderboard, a rulebook, and a trophy.

Neighbours become friends
The family youβve seen in the lift for three years but never spoken to is now on your team. By Week 2, youβre planning morning walks together. Thatβs the MFL effect.

What communities have told us
The numbers from our pilot leagues.
92%
Rated 4β5 stars overall
Across pilot leagues spanning corporate, Rotary, and residential communities. Consistent satisfaction regardless of fitness level or age group.
100%
Reported some fitness improvement
Every participant moved more β including seniors and children. The team format means even low scorers show up because they donβt want to let their wing down.
76%
Wanted to play again immediately
Three quarters asked for a Season 2 before Season 1 ended. Residential communities told us it was the most fun theyβd had as a society in years.
#1
Outcome: Friendships across families
Not fitness. Not weight loss. Families that had shared a compound for years and never spoken were planning weekend walks together by Week 3.
4
Age groups active simultaneously
Kids, teens, adults, and seniors all participating in the same league under one roof β each contributing points appropriate to their age and ability.
20min
Full league setup by RWA committee
Any committee member can configure and launch the league without technical help. No vendor. No coordinator. No proposal to approve.

Real societies. Real stories.

The 70-year-old uncle from Block C who barely left his flat was logging 8,000 steps every morning. His grandchildren were tracking his score from college in another city. I had no idea a fitness league could do this for a society.

We had families from Wing A and Wing B who had a decade-old parking dispute. By Week 3 they were walking together at 6am as part of the same challenge. The league created neutral ground that nothing else had managed to.

My daughter is 12 and my mother-in-law is 68. They were both logging activities, both on the same leaderboard, both contributing to our wingβs score. I donβt think anything has ever made them feel equal before. That alone made it worth every rupee.

Good morning Meera! Wing A is just 90 pts ahead of Wing C. A 30-min morning walk today keeps your lead. Want a reminder at 6:30am?
π€
Yes! Also my knees have been sore.
π€
Got it β skipping the step challenge today. Instead: 15-min gentle yoga earns 8 pts and is easier on your knees. Iβll send you a quick routine π§

Also β your son Ravi hasnβt logged today. A nudge from you might be all he needs π

Adapts to your age, pace and preferences
Sets up with your preferred activities, intensity, timing, and any physical limitations. A 68-year-old and a 16-year-old get very different guidance β from the same coach.

π
Tells you exactly how to climb the board
Shows the gap to the wing above, which bonus challenges to target, and what your specific contribution needs to be this week to close it. Real strategy, not vague encouragement.
π
Nudges before you forget β not after
Reminds you before a challenge closes, alerts you when your wing is slipping, and cheers when youβve moved the needle for the team. Timely, friendly, never spammy.
Tells you when a family member hasnβt logged, suggests family activities that earn points together, and celebrates when multiple generations from the same household contribute on the same day.
π
Tracks your personal journey end to end
Your streaks, personal bests, and week-by-week contribution to the team β all visible. Every resident leaves with a clear picture of what 40 days of moving together actually looks like.
Activities & Challenges
Two simple tools. One lively community.
Every MFL league runs on just two ingredients β Activities that everyone does daily and Challenges that fire up the competition. Your RWA host picks the mix at setup; MFL handles everything else.
Daily Activities
Run the full league Β· Individual Β· Habit-forming
Activities are the backbone of the league β running every day from Day 1 to Day 40. Each resident logs their own activity and earns points for their wing or team. Age-appropriate targets mean everyone can contribute meaningfully.

Questions
What societies always ask us.
Activities run every day β individual habits like morning walks or yoga that each resident logs to earn points for their wing. Challenges are short team events (2β5 days) that the host deploys for excitement β a Table Tennis Tournament, Plank Relay, or Steps Matchup between wings. Activities build the habit; Challenges build the drama.
At setup the RWA host picks 1β3 daily activities β steps, yoga, walking, cycling, swimming, and more. Each activity has age-adjusted targets so an 8-year-old and a 70-year-old both earn meaningful points. The AI League Manager recommends the right mix based on your community profile.
Yes β children from age 8 upwards participate under a parentβs account. Activities have age-appropriate targets so a childβs 3,000 steps earns the same points as an adultβs 8,000. Everyone contributes to the team meaningfully regardless of age.
Family members can log activities on behalf of elderly participants. The app is intentionally simple β one tap to log. Many seniors in our pilots became the most active participants once their grandchildren showed them the leaderboard.
You choose at setup. Wing vs wing uses the natural geography of your society and works brilliantly for larger communities. Cross-wing random teams mix neighbours and work better for smaller societies where meeting new people is the primary goal.
No. The AI League Manager handles daily reminders, points updates, challenge deployments, and leaderboard communications automatically. Under 30 minutes a week from the committee is typical β mostly enjoying watching the society come alive.
No App Store needed. MFL installs as a Progressive Web App from the browser in one tap. Works on all Android and iOS devices regardless of phone model or storage space.
Your league goes live and runs free for the first 7 days β teams are active, the leaderboard is live, residents are logging. No card required upfront. If the society loves it (they will), you pay to unlock the rest of the season. If not, you walk away owing nothing.
